Terry Morrison is one such trophy, and he is GOLD! With 45 years in the baking industry the resulting confection and quest for perfection has earnt Terry a reputation for making the best slices in Horsham.

A qualified Baker/Pastry Chef with a serious sweet tooth, Terry believes that while brussel sprouts can be totally delicious, they’re never going to hold a candle to his Chocolate Eclair or Vanilla Slice.

His love for baking stems from childhood, and shortly after completing his secondary schooling this love matured into a profession, and for the next 20 years he worked in several bakeries across the Wimmera, before deciding to impart his baking knowledge as a trade school Lecturer.

After almost a decade of teaching budding pastrycook apprentices, Terry’s passion for pastry saw him head back into the business of baking with the purchase of the Wimmera Cake Centre, where for 13 years he continued to build his reputation for making the best slices in town.

It was to be our good fortune the day Terry decided to hang up his cake apron, and move his slice making headquarters to Conways, where he has continued to make the best slices in town for many a happy customer.
